Nokuthula Heath is a distinguished public health leader with over 17 years of experience advancing child- and youth-focused health programming. She is an expert in programme design, policy analysis, and maternal and child health, with a proven track record of driving innovative HIV prevention and care initiatives, including the award-winning KidzAlive Talk Tool App.
In her current role at Zoë Life, Nokuthula provides strategic and technical leadership for flagship programmes in South Africa, while extending her expertise to regional initiatives in Nigeria, Mozambique, and Tanzania. She also contributes to shaping regional and global strategies through her work with the Global Alliance South Africa team and the Africa Technical Working Group. As Secretary General for the Children’s Sector at the South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) Civil Society Forum, Nokuthula plays a critical role in guiding national responses to HIV, tuberculosis, and gender-based violence, influencing policy and driving sector-wide impact. Nokuthula holds an Honours degree in Bachelor of Arts, which informs her evidence-based approach to public health leadership, policy development, and programme implementation.
